Joint venture between Vietnam – Korea to receive US$30,000 financial aid

The National Agency in Southern Region under the Ministry of Science and Technology has just cooperated with Seoul Startup Hub from the Republic of Korea to launch a connection campaign for startup businesses of both nations.

This campaign commences with its propagandizing stage to seek potential candidates from both countries. This will be done through meetings and exchanges for further information, promotion to construct business models that can share not only the target market but also technologies, preparation for suitable legal matters to form a joint venture.

In the first year, the both sides will focus on the selected collaboration aspects of Fintech, E-commerce, tourism, and services. 

According to Mr. Lee Tae Hoon, Director of Seoul Startup Hub, when established, the new joint venture will receive the financial aid from Korea for its first stage running, which is $15,000. The nation will also create supporting networks for this organization so that it can approach leading investors and giant incubation centers. Another investment amount of $30,000 will be sent to this joint venture to help it operate more sustainably and effectively.
