Thang also informed that a proposal on the retail prices of telecommunication services has been submitted to the Prime Minister for approval and would be applied next year.

The Wikipedia website states: 3G is the third generation of mobile phone standards and technology. 3G networks enable network operators to offer users a wider range of more advanced services while achieving greater network capacity through improved spectral efficiency.
