To achieve such an impressive result, Vietnam has to mobilize all resources from several ministries and industries so that necessary data are always updated timely and precisely.

The ranking is considered the most objective picture about the innovation process occurring in the country at the moment.

According to Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Bui The Duy, lately, Vietnam has been determined to implement Resolution No.02/NQ-CP issued by the Central Government in 2019 about adopting key methods in order to improve trading environments and upgrade the national competitiveness.

Assigned as the gathering point for all kinds of national innovative indices, the Ministry of Science and Technology has actively updated data and supported related ministries as well as industries to increase their own competitiveness capability for better indices day by day.
