On June 12, leaders of HCMC Sports Training Center, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Youth Union, Vietnam Chess Federation, Chess Federation of HCMC, Saigon University and many reporters gathered at Tan Son Nhat Airport to receive the chess delegation returning from Russia.
At the airport, Coaches Lam Minh Chau and Chessman Le Quang Liem were facilitated for their accomplishment.

Le Quang Liem expressed his pleasure at the surprise victory because the contest included many excellent players of the world. Coach Lam Minh Chau said that this was a very successful tournament for them.
Not only Le Quang Liem but also Nguyen Ngoc Truong Son played very well. In August, Quang Liem and Truong Son will attend the World Cup in Norway and arrive in the United States to study at Webster University by the end of August.
