The National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center yesterday issued a warning of typhoon Kalmaegi moving from the northeastern part of the Philippines’s Luzon Island to the East Sea towards Vietnam.

Tropical depression likely to turn into new storm

According to the latest news from the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center, the newly-formed tropical low pressure system in the Philippines’ Luzon Island is expected to strengthen with maximum speeds of 20-25 kilometers per hour.
