Legal framework needs be improved to solve disputes in apartment blocks

The Ministry of Construction yesterday admitted that disputes and lawsuits occurring in apartment buildings mostly in Hanoi and HCMC have been due to unclear legal documents especially the way of calculating areas of apartments, technical boxes and common and separate parts.
