HCMC speeds up major projects in 2020

City leader asks to improve residential satisfaction in administrative reform

Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan yesterday said that the low level of residential satisfation in the administrative procedure relating to permission for land use, construction and investment in the first half of 2019 prompted relevant sides to analyze the problem in order to improve the rate in the second half.
