Major newspapers of German and Austria ran articles on June 8 highlighting the Vietnamese National Assembly (NA)’s ratification of the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) during its ongoing ninth session.
The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) said on May 27 it is actively promoting the dissemination of the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) among the country’s business community, helping them grasp opportunities and access incentives when the deal is implemented.
With several free trade agreements having been signed recently, Vietnam has been strongly attracting foreign enterprises, especially in the sector of garment and textile accessories.
The freshly-signed EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) will help the Vietnamese steel sector expand export markets in Europe, industry insiders said.
