Typhoon Podul approaching mainland provinces from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh

The National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center announced this morning on its website that storm Podul, which is the fourth tropical storm hitting Vietnam this year, is operating powerfully in the northeastern territorial waters of the Paracel Islands with its strongest wind speed of 75-90 kilometers an hour near the center.
