A delegation of Ho Chi Minh City was led by Standing Vice Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee Le Thanh Liem respectively visited a family of late People's Teacher Nguyen Ngoc Giao, former Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City’s Union of Science and Technology Associations and President of the HCMC National University; and Vice Director of the Southern Department of Education Vo Anh Tuan on November 14.
