After being implemented for half a year, the project ‘Developing Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) into a smart city in the 2017-2020 period, with a vision towards 2025’ has enjoyed major successes. These will obviously help to form a clear foundation for the achievement of the four main targets, being a shared data center and an open ecosystem, a smart operating center, a simulation and strategic forecast center, and an information security center.
