Nearly 2,000 poor farmers were provided with US$151,443 in the first nine months of the year, according to reports at the celebration of the 89th founding anniversary of the Vietnam Farmer Association.

The number of tourist arrivals to Quang Binh province increased 18.4 percent to more than three million, including 129,700 foreigners, in the first nine months of this year.
