According to the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center, a low pressure trough connecting with a range of upper-air wind convergence at 1,500-5,000 meters above surface are expected to trigger a long- lasting medium- heavy downpour in the provinces and cities from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien- Hue this weekend.
