Over 130 students in the central province of Quang Ngai’s Ba To mountainous district were allowed to stay at home as a diphtheria prevention effort, said Head of Ba To Division of Education and Training Huynh Giang Nam yesterday.

The Ministry of Education and Training has sent a document to its departments countrywide asking to prevent spread of diphtheria in schools.
