Financial assistance sent to Ha Giang after deadly downpour

The Standing Office of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFFC) sent VND5 million (US$216) to families of dead and missing victims and VND3 million (US$130) to families of seriously injured people after a recent deadly downpour and flood in the Northern mountainous province of Ha Giang.
