Uninterrupted downpour, thunderstorm drench HCMC, Southern region

The National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center said that the first storm circulation along with a range of tropical convergence yesterday triggered medium- heavy downpours in some places of the Northern region such as the capital city of Hanoi and Hai Phong City, Bac Giang and Phu Tho provinces after the storm made landfall in Guangdong Province of China.
