Ho Chi Minh City will focus on implementing seven breakthrough programs, in the resolution of the 10th congress of the city Party Committee, in association with specific mechanisms to improve growth quality and competitive ability in 2018, said chairman of the city People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong this morning.
