Seafood export value down in January

Vietnam’s total seafood export value in January fell by 12.5 percent to US$644 million year-on-year due to the impacts of the novel coronavirus epidemic, according to the Vietnam Association and Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP).

Seafood export nears $7.5 billion in 11 months, up 18 percent

Seafood export value was estimated to top US$700 million in November and reach the highest ever of $7.5 billion during the first 11 months this year, up 18 percent over the same period last year, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
