Students will be allowed to stay at home if the duration of the cold snap is possibly lengthy, said the Steering Board for Natural Disaster Prevention yesterday said in its dispatch.

Over 130 students in the central province of Quang Ngai’s Ba To mountainous district were allowed to stay at home as a diphtheria prevention effort, said Head of Ba To Division of Education and Training Huynh Giang Nam yesterday.
