Transport Ministry proposes not to use ODA funds for Long Thanh Airport

The Ministry of Transport has suggested the Prime Minister and the State Appraisal Council to select the proposal by Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) in which ACV will use its capital to invest in Long Thanh International Airport without using Official Development Assistance (ODA) funds, announced the ministry on August 9.
