The Da Lat 36-hole golf course and a luxury resort project worth a total US$17 million broke ground today in the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong.
This is the biggest project of its kind in Lam Dong, covering an area of 440 hectares with a 36-hole golf course, a five-star hotel and more than 300 luxury villas in Duc Trong district.

The development is a joint venture between the Ho Chi Minh City based Investment and Technology Company and Korea’s G.E.P Construction Company. Construction of the site will take approximately three years, and will be divided into three stages.
The project is expected to provide jobs for over 1,000 local laborers, improve local residents’ living standards and boost tourism to the province.
For the occasion, the investors donated VND500 million to restore Hiep An Primary School and build two houses worth VND30 million for 2 poor local families.
