Accordingly, passengers of Vietnam Airlines are able to access 67 maps of nine domestic airports and 58 international airports.
Collaborating with map supplier InMapz, Vietnam Airlines has become the first digital airport map provider in Asia with the most number of maps.
The new airport map has positioning function to direct passengers to check-in areas, luggage storage areas, departure doors, restaurants, car parking, etc. This is the latest technology improvement since Vietnam Airlines upgraded its mobile phone application in February 2019.
Through the new application, passengers can look for flights, book ticket online, search their journey and purchase additional conveniences for flights. Additionally, passengers can also check in themselves and use boarding ticket in the application.
